HOMEMADE MAC'N'CHEESE

Hey Guys, 

So last night, I made some chalav yisrael mac and cheese with two types of salmon on top and it was such a delicious dairy dinner, so I'm going to share it with you 😊 



Let's begin with how to make the mac'n'cheese:
- boil a pot of of water until bubbling
- put in 3 cups of maccaroni
-when ready, drain out the water and rinse maccaroni so it does't get sticky when cooled down
- now place the pot of maccaroni with no water on a low fire
-add in half a cup of milk, chedder cheese, and white muenster cheese
- add in salt, pepper, a little bit of tumeric and garlic powder
-mix super well and turn off fire

Salmon:

If your salmon was in the freezer make sure to cure it before you begin the cooking process, I will posting a post about curing salmon if requested. (feel free to comment below or dm me)

ok, you got your salmon all ready cut into thin serving slices.

- prepare a hot oiled pan
-place the salmon onto the pan only when boiling hot- you should hear sizzling and see a change in color within a few seconds
-decorate each piece of salmon with your favorite dips/dressings 
-one piece has a tomato basil dip spread on top of it
-another piece has mayo and mustard spread on top of it
-after one minute, place that pan in your oven and bake the salmon at 300 for 7 minutes
- the seasonings will bake along with the salmon creating a tasty flavor

Visuals
-spread the pasta onto a plate
- add the two pieces of salmon on top
-enjoy with yourself or your loved one
